Personal Best Programme

The team at Wythenshawe Games wants to help any Wythenshawe resident achieve their own personal health or physical activity goal. This might be to get a bit fitter, to start a new activity/sport, or even to get back into something you used to do and had to stop for some reason.

That’s why we came up with the idea of Personal Best.

It’s really easy to take part in so get started!

How it works!

  1. Have a look at all the sports on offer throughout the programme and select which ones you want to take part in (opposite). If you need a bit more detail, you can find that below.
  2. Register online (use the form opposite) and select your sessions. You can log back in anytime to update your choices.
  3. Collect your passport from either Parkway Green House (Northenden), Wythenshawe Forum, Woodhouse Park Lifestyle Centre or at your very first session.
  4. Go along to your chosen sessions and get your passport stamped (one stamp for each session you attend).
  5. Drop off your Passport by 26th July to Woodhouse Park Lifestyle Centre or Wythenshawe Forum
  6. Come along to our closing event on Sunday 31st July & get your award (certificate, bronze, silver, gold medal, platinum award depending on how many stamps you’ve collected in your passport)
