Drop-in Schedule

There’ll be a huge range of sports every day for all ages in Wythenshawe Park from 11am to 7pm – just drop in and give them a try! Check out the schedule here.


Specific days

Each day at the games also has sports and activities for a specific group of people:

  • Over 50s Day – Wednesday
  • Sport for all day – for disabled people of all ages – Thursday
  • Girls and Women Day – Friday
  • Family fun weekend – Sat/Sun

10km Run

Sunday 31st July 2016, 10am
Join us for this 10km Run, in two laps around Wythenshawe’s historic park. Free for Wythenshawe Residents, £10 for others.

Under 5s Zone

under5sThis hugely popular part of the Games is back again this year from 11am to 4pm each day. Combined with a pop up library, there’s loads of fun to be had for under 5s including story time, puppet shows, arts and crafts, hula hoop sessions and read and ride.

Wythenshawe Park has been touched by magic as Tangled Dance Company invites you to lose yourself as fairytales are awoken in an enchanting promenade dance performance. Follow the characters through the gardens of Wythenshawe Hall as the captivating story untangles and help break the spell of the poisoned apple in a search for the golden thread.
Presented by contemporary dancers and live classical musicians.

Free Event – Suitable for those of all ages!

Performances at 12pm, 2pm & 4pm, starting outside Wythenshawe Hall

The Teen Takeover is back again this year, every day of the Games from 4.30pm to 7pm, in the dedicated Teen Zone in Wythenshawe Park.
