Drop-in Schedule

There’ll be a huge range of sports every day for all ages in Wythenshawe Park from 11am to 7pm – just drop in and give them a try! It’s early days yet but we’ll add the schedule as we have it.

Specific days

Each day at the games also has sports and activities for a specific group of people:

  • Over 50s Day – Wednesday
  • Sport for all day – for disabled people of all ages – Thursday
  • Girls and Women Day – Friday
  • Family fun weekend – Sat/Sun

10km Run

Sunday 31st July 2016, 10am
Join us for this 10km Run, in two laps around Wythenshawe’s historic park. Free for Wythenshawe Residents, £10 for others.

dodgeballWe want to help any Wythenshawe resident achieve their own personal goal. This might be to get a bit fitter, to start a new activity/sport, or even to get back into something you used to do and had to stop for some reason.

Choose from the huge range of sports and fitness sessions available and collect stamps to receive your medal at the end of the programme!

Teen Takeover

The Teen Takeover is back again this year, every day of the Games from 4.30pm to 7pm, in the dedicated Teen Zone in Wythenshawe Park.

Corporate Games

corp-01Does your team have what it takes?! The Corporate Games is a unique opportunity to help raise much needed funds for Wythenshawe Games. Take part in four sports through the day: Softball, Dodgeball, Cricket and old school sports. With a fun finale competition at the end of the day!

Under 5s Zone

under5sThis hugely popular part of the Games is back again this year from 11am to 4pm each day. Combined with a pop up library, there’s loads of fun to be had for under 5s including story time, puppet shows, arts and crafts, hula hoop sessions and read and ride.
